Refund Policy

At We Excel Freedom Learners Online Homeschool Community, we plan and prepare our programs with great care to ensure the best possible experience for every family.
Because our programs rely on advance preparation, teacher scheduling, and digital resource access, we ask that families review this Refund Policy carefully before registering.

1. Registration Fees

All registration or enrollment fees are non-refundable.
These fees help secure your learner’s place in the program and cover administrative costs associated with setup and preparation.

2. Tuition and Program Fees

Tuition for ongoing classes or community programs may be refunded within seven (7) days of the first scheduled class if you decide our community is not the right fit.

After this initial period, we do not offer cash refunds for withdrawals.
However, at our discretion, we may issue a partial credit toward a future session or alternative program if your family experiences unexpected circumstances (such as relocation or illness).

3. Missed Classes

We do not provide refunds, credits, or make-up classes for individual absences, late arrivals, or missed sessions.
All enrolled families are encouraged to take advantage of posted recordings, independent assignments, or study hall options when available.

4. Special Events, Workshops & One-Time Programs

Payments for special events, workshops, field trips, or single-day programs are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by We Excel Freedom Learners.

5. If We Cancel

If We Excel Freedom Learners Online Homeschool Community cancels a class, program, or event, families will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer the payment to another available program or session.

We will communicate all cancellations via email or through our official community channels.

6. Requesting a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or credit (within the eligible window), please email us at thefreedomlearnershs@gmail.com.
Include:

• Your full name

• Learner’s name

• Program or class title

• Reason for the request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

7. Community Commitment

Your tuition directly supports our facilitators, community mentors, and the resources that make our learning environment thrive.
By enrolling, you help sustain a vibrant, culturally rooted, and family-centered homeschool community for all.
